Returns and Exchanges:

Jewelry in original condition may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. There are no cash refunds. In store credit will be given. The receipt must accompany all claims. Special orders are not returnable. All Estate sales are final. 

Diamond Stud Earring Trade-In Policy:

We give you the full price paid for a diamond purchased from us toward the purchase of a diamond that is double the purchase price of the original diamond.

Servicing and Cleaning:

We will clean your jewelry and check the settings free of charge. We recommend that this be done at least twice a year. 

Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure:

Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones may be processed by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. All colored gemstones listed on the front of this sales slip have probably been subject to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process. All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade. 

White Gold Enhancement Disclosure :

Most white gold pieces are rhodium finished. This is not a permanent treatment 

Stone Replacement Policy:

Mikesell's Fine Jewelry guarantees  their jewelry to be free of defect in manufacturing, including but not limited to loss of stone and metal durability for two years. after date of purchase. Damage to a piece of jewelry does not constitute a defect in manufacturing and is therefore not covered. Mikesell's Fine Jewelry cannot warranty the damage of opal, emeralds, or any soft stones due to their fragile nature. We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and checked a minimum of three to four times a year to check for defects and to be sure your piece is in good condition. This is the client's responsibility. If you find a loose stone or have a prong that is snagging, you should immediately stop wearing the piece and contact Mikesell's regarding the piece. After two years, pieces will be assessed on an individual basis for manufacturing defects versus common wear and tear or damage, and charges for repairs will be applied accordingly. Mikesell's Fine Jewelry stands behind our craftsmanship and will work with the client to provide the best solution for each individual. 

Mikesell's warranties are nontransferable. Any claim under warranty may be made only by the original owner.
